Meet our
Ambassadors & advisory board members
United to challenge stigma and combat online harm

Our ambassadors
Driving better mental health dialogue
Ripple ambassadors are public figures who are open to sharing their experience in mental health, inspiring others to engage in open discussions and take a proactive approach to mental health and suicide prevention.
We work collaboratively with our growing network to shift attitudes and confront the stigma surrounding these critical issues, while raising awareness of Ripple technology.

Fay Greaves
BBC One's 'The Traitors'
A well-known face from the Bafta-winning BBC One's 'The Traitors,' a show that took the entertainment world by storm with over 34 million views on BBC iPlayer, Fay brings more to the table than her television stardom. She has a remarkable thirty-year career in the education sector and serving as 'Head of School Welfare', and passion for creating a positive impact and supporting young individuals facing mental health struggles.
We are teaming up to let as many educational organisations know about the free Ripple technology as possible, supporting them with the quick and easy deployment process, and ensuring as many young people as possible are signposted to mental health support as and when they need it.

Ryan Briggs
Founder of FinWELL Training
Through his work at FinWELL Training, Ryan helps employees and leadership teams understand, measure and improve financial wellbeing, empowering healthier relationships with money and better mental health.
A former professional footballer, part of West Ham's most successful Youth team in the 90s, Ryan combined his passions for sports and financial wellbeing to also launch Financial Wellbeing Within Sport CIC (FWWS) - a community interest company that helps sports people and organisations build healthier relationships with money.
As a Ripple ambassador and advisory board member, Ryan contributes his expertise to strengthen the link between financial wellbeing, mental health, and suicide prevention, helping extend meaningful support across workplaces and the sporting community.

Kirsty Birch
Founder of Work It Well
Kirsty challenges outdated approaches to mental health and helps businesses thrive through smarter wellbeing investment.
With a background shaped by childhood trauma and years in high-pressure industries, she believes it’s time for real, uncomfortable conversations about mental health. Kirsty works with organisations to deliver ROI, reduce costs, and boost productivity through prevention and human-centred leadership.
Kirsty champions Ripple's mission, recognising the power of its proactive intervention to prevent mental health crises and to support organisations in creating healthier, more productive workplaces.
She also leads the #justhaveaconversation movement, pushing to make proactive mental health prevention a legal requirement under UK Health & Safety Law, bringing Ripple technology along every step of the way.

Daniel Winter-Bates
Lead Singer of Bury Tomorrow
Incredibly passionate about mental health, Dan advocates for honest conversations and encourages people to share how they truly feel - especially in environments like the workplace, where opening up can be difficult.
As the lead vocalist of the acclaimed British band Bury Tomorrow, Dan helps raise awareness of Ripple technology, encouraging people to protect themselves and their loved ones from harmful online content.
Ripple Suicide Prevention and Dan are also teaming up to educate businesses and the NHS community about the importance of digital crisis intervention, focusing on vulnerable online moments and timely signposting to mental health support.
