HOW IT WORKS
Three steps that can save a life
Step 1
Protection
Once installed via your MDM platform, MobileShield runs silently on the device whether on Wi-Fi, mobile data or any other connection, monitoring Internet traffic. In cloud proxy mode with decryption enabled, it identifies harmful search queries typed into any search engine or browser. In DNS mode, it detects and intercepts attempts to reach known harmful websites.
Step 2
Intervention
When a harmful search is identified, a calmly presented, non-judgemental intervention screen appears on the device. Designed in consultation with mental health clinicians and people with lived experience, it offers a message of hope and support pathways.
Step 3
Support
Support options include 24/7 helplines and local mental health resources. They cover both immediate crisis help and longer-term services, giving people the best possible chance of finding the right help for them.
